Katie earned her bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Western Michigan University and has over five years of experience with United. Throughout her career, she has gained valuable insight across multiple areas, including serving as a Member Service Advisor, helping establish the Member Engagement Team, and spending the past three years in Treasury Management.

Katie and her husband live in Sister Lakes, Michigan, where they own and operate a small business. This experience allows her to better understand the challenges and opportunities business owners face and provide practical, meaningful solutions.

Rickey Miller

Business Development Representative, Everwise Credit Union

Rickey Miller is a Business Development Representative with Everwise Credit Union. Rickey serves the South Bend and Elkhart, Indiana markets as well as Berrien County and Cass County in Michigan. Rickey has over 30 years of Credit Union experience connecting business members to the products and resources needed to be successful.

Although Everwise started in Indiana, they are proud to serve their locations in Niles, Sawyer, Three Oaks, and New Buffalo, Michigan.
